Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of this website. The service is provided by TestPrep LLC., trading as TestPrep Africa.

- No affiliation with exam boards
- No guaranteed scores
The website
The information on this website is provided in good faith and checked against the awarding bodies’ own published material on the dates stated. Exams change; where an awarding body’s current publication differs from this site, the awarding body is right.
TestPrep Africa is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by College Board, the International Baccalaureate, Cambridge, Pearson, AQA, OCR, ETS, IELTS, GMAC, LSAC, the UCAT Consortium, the LNAT Consortium, ÖSYM, the Italian Ministry of University and Research or any other awarding body. Their names are used only to describe the exams we prepare students for.
Buying a service
Everything on this website is bought on it and paid by card through Stripe: question banks, practice tests and TestPrep AI Tutor time, which open on your account, and one-to-one lessons and packages, group courses and private groups, at the prices on their pages. A group course is bought for a class chosen at checkout while its registration is open. What a group course includes, such as practice tests or a question bank, is set out on the group-courses page and in the order summary at checkout.
Every order on this site (one-to-one lessons and lesson packages, group courses, private groups, question banks, practice tests, AI Tutor time and IB grader credits) is placed under our Terms of Sale and Pre-contract Information, which hold the 14-day right of withdrawal, our refund guarantees and the lesson cancellation rules; you accept them at checkout before you pay.
Private tutoring: If you are not satisfied after your first lesson, we refund your payment in full. We do not offer free trial lessons. Payment is required before your first lesson.
Group courses: If you are not satisfied after the lessons held in the first week, we refund your payment in full.
Private groups: If you are not satisfied after the lessons held in your group's first week, we refund your payment in full.
After the first week, group course fees are not refunded. Each group is built around its enrolled students: the class size, the tutor and the timetable are set for them, and when one student leaves, the course changes for everyone else in the group. This does not affect your legal right to withdraw within 14 days of payment: if you withdraw in that period after lessons have started, the lessons already held are charged in proportion to the course and the rest is refunded.
Where we accept you into a class after its register-by date because a place is still free, your first week runs from the first lesson you attend.
A group course opens when enough students have enrolled. If there are not enough enrolments, each student who has paid chooses between a full refund of the amount paid, a place in the next group to start, and one-to-one lessons of the same value.
You can cancel a lesson package at any time. Lessons already given are charged at the single-lesson price and the rest is refunded. The first-lesson guarantee applies on top.
Practice tests, question banks and AI Tutor time are digital content. You can ask for a refund of a digital product you have not used within 14 days of the payment date. A product counts as used once any practice test in the pack has been started, any question in a paid section of the question bank has been opened, or any second of AI Tutor time has been used; a used product is not refunded.
IB grader credits are digital too: you can ask for a refund of a credit pack you have not used within 14 days of the payment date; once any credit from the pack has been used, it is not refunded.
We do not guarantee any score, grade or admission outcome. Results depend on the student’s own work as much as on teaching.
Your account
Your account is personal and can be used in one session at a time. A new sign-in on any of our websites, from any device, closes all your other sessions, including one open on another of our websites in the same browser. If you are signed out during a test, your answers are saved and you continue where you left off after signing in again. Sharing your login, or downloading our content in bulk with automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers), is not allowed and may lead to a warning, suspension or closure of the account.
Academic integrity
We do not write, redraft or edit assessed coursework, internal assessments or essays for students, and we do not help anyone breach an awarding body’s rules. Requests to do so will be refused.
