LSAT Preparation for US and Canadian Law Schools
Logic games are gone. The current LSAT is two Logical Reasoning sections and one Reading Comprehension section that count, plus an unscored section you cannot identify — so three quarters of the scored test is argument analysis, and that is where preparation goes.
Short answer
LSAT preparation is offered online, one-to-one.
One-to-one lessons are 90 minutes long and start at USD 95 per lesson; lessons are booked singly or in packages.
No group class runs for this exam.

What the LSAT is
The Law School Admission Test is set by LSAC and required or accepted by law schools in the United States and Canada for the JD. Since August 2024 it has had no Analytical Reasoning (“logic games”) section: the scored test is two Logical Reasoning sections and one Reading Comprehension section, alongside one unscored variable section of either type.
LSAT Argumentative Writing is a separate, unscored task taken online on demand. It is not optional in practice — scores are not released until an approved writing sample is on file — and law schools read it.
How the LSAT is structured
| Section | Time | Scored |
|---|---|---|
| Logical Reasoning | 35 minutes | Yes |
| Logical Reasoning | 35 minutes | Yes |
| Reading Comprehension | 35 minutes | Yes |
| Variable section (LR or RC) | 35 minutes | No |
| LSAT Argumentative Writing | 50 minutes, taken separately | No, but required for score release |

What the lessons work on
Logical Reasoning question families
Assumption, strengthen, weaken, flaw, inference and parallel reasoning each have a recognisable structure and a method.
Reading Comprehension by structure
Mapping a passage’s argument and each author’s voice before the questions, and comparative passages as a pair.
Pace and stamina
Four 35-minute sections back to back reward a steady pace more than bursts. Full timed tests are part of the plan.
Argumentative Writing
Choosing a side, using the evidence given and addressing the other side, practised under the real time limit.
How LSAT preparation works
Every lesson is live, online and 90 minutes long, scheduled in your own time zone. Lessons are taught in English, the language the exam is sat in.
Free intro call
Fifteen minutes with an advisor, at no cost and with no obligation.
Starting point
Your starting point is reviewed before the study plan is finalised. The exact method depends on the programme and is agreed on the intro call — for some students that means a timed section, for others it means reading a recent score report or a piece of marked work. We will tell you which applies to you before you book anything, rather than describing a process here that may not be the one you get.
Written plan
You receive a written plan built from your starting point and your test date: which LSAT sections come first, how many lessons that realistically takes, and when full practice tests enter. Nobody is sold a fixed number of lessons before the gap is known.
Lessons and review
Each lesson ends with set work and a target for the next one. Families receive progress notes, and the plan is re-read against every new score rather than followed blindly.
