Privacy Policy

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — a phone or WhatsApp number, your country, which programme you are asking about, whether you are a student or a parent, and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and deliver the service you ask for.

If you create an account, we hold your name, your email address and a password (kept by our account provider as a one-way hash that nobody can read), and the purchases, access, answers and results on that account. We use them to sign you in, to open what you bought, to mark your answers and show your results, and to keep the records a sale requires. While you take an AP practice test, your answers are also kept in your browser until the test ends, so that they are not lost if the page reloads; they are deleted when you hand the test in.

Account security: to keep each account to one session at a time and to prevent account sharing and bulk copying of our content, when you sign in we record one-way hashed digests of your browser's user agent and of your network block (the first three parts of your IP address), your session identifier, the site you signed in on, and when a session was closed because of a sign-in on another of our sites or another device. A new sign-in to your account closes all your other sessions. We do not store your IP address or browser string themselves for this purpose and we do not use device fingerprinting. These records are deleted 90 days after last use. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in keeping accounts secure.

The leaderboard in your dashboard shows your points and place. Your name (first name and surname initial) appears only if you turn this on yourself; otherwise other students see only a number in place of your name.

If you buy a question bank, practice tests or AI Tutor time, we receive the record of the payment: the product, the amount, the time and your email address. Card details never reach us: they are typed into Stripe’s own payment form on the checkout page and go to Stripe.

If you buy a seat in a private group, you can tell us at checkout who else is in the group: the names, or the email addresses, of the friends enrolling with you. Giving them is optional. We use them only to place you and those friends in the same group, whose members see one another’s names, and we never ask for a friend’s phone number.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited. The Google tag is on every page and runs under Google’s Consent Mode. Until you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, analytics storage is denied: Google Analytics sets no cookie and sends Google only cookieless pings — that a page was viewed, with the time, your browser’s user agent and the referring page — with no identifier that links one page to the next. If you accept, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_GVN96HWTQL cookies, kept for up to 2 years, so that one visit is counted as one visit. Advertising features stay off whatever you choose.

Your choice is kept in your browser’s local storage until you clear this site’s data. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; choosing “Necessary only” stops analytics storage at once and deletes the _ga cookies already set. The cookie policy lists everything the site stores.
